Electrical Estimator

Seeking Electrical Estimator to join our Hawaii or Oklahoma Team with knowledge of the RFP / RFQ process and demonstrated ability to perform accurate quantity take-offs, RFIs, bid clarifications, and direct estimates for the electrical discipline.

Responsibilities include:

Perform complete discipline estimate from receipt of bid package through final bid review, including: site visits, scope determination, input data into computerized estimating systems, questions to Owner/Engineer and qualifications.

Manage the available bid time to insure accurate and timely preparation of a complete estimate.
Organize and detail the estimate so that it can be properly man-houred, easily understood for review purposes, and efficiently turned over to project management and field personnel.

Job Requirements:

  • 3-5 Years electrical estimating experience in commercial/industrial/residential
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints required.
  • Working knowledge of construction and estimating practices preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Outlook and Word required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required  

Electrical Project Manager

Seeking experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our Hawaii Team with a solid background in managing large complex electrical projects and demonstrated ability to perform RFIs, CORs, Preparing Job Budgets, Submittals, Cost Tracking, Material Management, and Project Documentation.

Responsibilities include:

Manage job labor, materials , and equipment while maintaining job budgets and production schedule. Complete accurate and detailed Daily Production Reports, and Correspondence, Change Order, RFI, and Submittal Logs.

Input PM Data into computerized project management cost tracking system following company procedures and guidelines. Oversee and manage project crews and maintaining a culture consistent with ECH Safety, Principals and Values.

Job Requirements:

  • 6-8 Years of electrical Project Management experience. Self-Directed, Highly Motivated, and Reliable. Proficient in using various construction cost accounting and project management software.
  • Associates or Bachelors’ Degree in Project Management preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Outlook and Word required.
  • Organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills required
